Micromax success is attributed to its strategy of aggressive low pricing in the entry-level segments of its products and its wide distribution setup.Each Micromax phone has a separate uniqueness attached to it. They have realized that even a niche segment in India is a big one. In India where there are lots of manufacturers, establishing a brand is not easy and Micromax has done it pretty well. Their tag line"NOTHING LIKE ANY THING" really sums-up the company and its products.
