Samsung has launched Samsung Galaxy Mega series phone in India today.Samsung has erased the thin line between Phablets and Tablets by introducing the Galaxy Mega series.The phone will be available in the size of 6.3 And 5.8 inch. the phone with 5.8 inch screen will have resolution of  960*540 while the 6.3 inch phone will have a resolution of  1280*720.

Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 has been priced at Rs 25,100 while the Samsung Galaxy Mega has been priced at Rs 31,490.

Samsung has confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be launched on 26th of April 2013 in India.The phone is said to priced around Rs 43,500 although their is still no official announcement from the company..The launch event is going to be held in "Kingdom of Dreams", Gurgaon. Samsung has announced three mid range smartphones running Android Jelly Bean.The product were seen at the official page of Samsung China website by SammyHub.The smartphone are Galaxy Win, Galaxy Trend II and Galaxy Trend Duos II.This device are expected to hit the market all over the market soon.

After the huge success of Samsung Galaxy S2 in India,Samsung has finally launched the most awaited Samsung Galaxy S2 plus in India.The galaxy S2 Plus is available in India at a price range of 22,900. Samsung seems to have decided to stick to a standard form factor and design.And the Samsung galaxy S2 Plus certainly seems to bear this theory out.It looks similar to the Samsung Galaxy S2 ,but does it offer enough under the hood to make buyers gravitate to it?

LOOKS:-Standard Galaxy fare

The Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus looks like a replica of the Samsung Galaxy S2,which is not really a bad thing.It certainly looks very stylish.You get the Galaxy S II design with the Galaxy S III finish and the result is surprisingly good.The front is dominated by a  4.3 inch display Super Amoled Plus display.

HARDWARE:-VERY DECENT

Coming  on to the hardware,the Galaxy S2 plus comes packed with some decent specs.The 4.3 inch Super Amoled Plus display has a 400*800 resolution,which is good and provide excellent viewing angles, sky-high contrast and reasonable brightness levels.The phone comes with  1.2GHz Cortex A9 processor dual-core processor,1GB RAM and has 8GB internal memory which can be expanded with the help of microSDcard.The back has a 8.0 megapixel camera with flash and a 2 mega-pixel front facing camera.On the connectivity side the device support WI-FI,3G,GPS and Bluetooth.It has a average battery of 1650 mAh and it may last long for 1-2 days if fully charged on constant use

The Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus is priced at Rs 22,900 which is on a higher side .However, it does perform well and is good option for those who don't wanna use S3 and who favor to use a little cheap S2 .Alternatively one can look at Samsung own Galaxy Duos that is a dual SIM phone  or at Micromax A116 Canvas HD .

Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Official Update Available For Samsung Galaxy S2 in South Korea

The long-awaited Samsung Galaxy S2 Jelly Bean update has started rolling out today for South Korea.

Earlier this month reports claimed that Samsung would be rolling out the Galaxy S2 Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update at some point in February.The users of Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-I9100  can update their devices to the latest Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean through official tool KIES utility.
