Gionee GPad G2 Review

Gionee has launched the GPad G2 smartphone, successor of the Gionee GPad G1 in India. It has a 5.3-inch (960 × 540 pixels) capacitive touch screen True Color display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean). It has a 8-megapixel camera with LED Flash, 720p HD video recording and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It has in-built in-built Digital Theatre System (DTS) Sound, YAMAHA 168 music system for enhanced audio experience. It comes with range of pre-loaded apps including Facebook, NQ Security, You Tube, Twitter, You Tube and more.

Gionee GPAD G2 looks like a premium handset because of its design & thin body . Gionee Gpad G2 haS 5.3 inch display and below the display there are three buttons. At the rear the rear of the device there is 8MP camera  with  LED flash & auto focus .The device is easy to hold in the hand . GPad G2 has chrome surrounds all around its sides.

Software:-Jelly Bean Android

Gionee G2 GPAD runs on android 4.1 Jelly Bean os . Gionee did many customizations to make the device more approachable . It would have been better if the stock android was used.The interface is lag free but their is nothing extraordinary to talk about.

Hardware:Impressive

Gionee G2 Gpad is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589 processor along with PowerVR SGX544 GPU. It has one GB ram.The device has 16 GB internal memory which can be extended upto 32 GB. . Gionee G2 Gpad comes with 8MP autofocus  camera at the rear with led flash  and has 2.0MP camera at front . The device can record as well as can easily play 720p videos without any lag .   Gionee G1 Gpad has light sensor , proximity sensor , orientation sensor and Magnetic sensor . The device has 5.3 inch capacitive display having resolution (960 x 540) . The loudspeaker of the device is clear & loud . The device has very nice signals strength and it regains signals very fast .Gionee GPad G2 comes with a 3000 mAh battery, which is very impressive.

Conclusion

Gionee G2 Gpad is available for Rs 13,990 and is a good option for those lokking for a smart looking dual SIM smartphone with a large displayand very good technical specifications.
